To arrange activities across travel days, Voyana sends Anthropic the destination, dates, traveler counts, budget, preferences, candidate activities and existing manual selections. This function does not send the complete chat history.
To assess relevance and safety, Voyana sends the message, recent conversation context and necessary travel data directly to Anthropic. Anthropic also generates assistant responses. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, this content is not used to train models by default. API content is normally deleted within 30 days, with contractual, safety or legal exceptions described in the retention policy; zero retention is not guaranteed. Chat history stored by Voyana follows the Privacy Policy.
Being listed does not mean that every provider receives all user data: each provider processes only the data needed for the function used. Details may vary according to the technical configuration and the function actually requested.
Routine updates to this page do not by themselves amend the Terms or Privacy Policy. If a change introduces new purposes, data categories, legal bases or material impacts on users, Voyana will update the applicable documents and provide the required notices.
